How do I... GET ON

Keeps saying "Website Currently Unavailable", I had someone access my account from their computer and it works just fine... I live in Canada, is that a possible issue, Ive used all browsers and always comes up with "Website Currently Unavailable" this: 
I just dont understand what the problem could be, cause ive tried just about everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Next time this happens click, 'Retry for a live version of the...'. If this does not work, the site is most probably down and will be up soon

When I say I have tried everything, I mean it 
I cant get on no matter what I type, click, anything. People can get on MY account from their computer though...

Eubbo is always updating and I use Eubbo on Google Chrome because Internet explorer somehow banned Eubbo
