• Asking any member of staff for Furniture/Rare’s, Coins, Badges or Staff; will result in warnings and then a 10 minute ban.

• Please do not be illiterate and use the word “Gay” to describe something in any way shape or form, this will result in being kicked from the room.

• Anyone acting in a Homophobic nature or acting in a Racist manner towards anyone within the Eubbo Community will result in warnings and then a 24 hour ban.

• Abusing any member of the moderation team, will result in warnings and then a 24 hour ban.

• Abusing the “Call for Help” system, will also result in warnings and then a 24 hour ban.

• Creating a new account to avoid a ban, will result in warnings and a 24 hour ban.and creating another after this will result in a 24 hour IP ban.

• Acting in sexual nature within the hotel or creating a room in which promotes sexual activities, will result in warnings and then a 24 hour ban.

• Do not advertise other hotels that are not related to Eubbo Hotel, hotel links or even mentioning the names of other hotels are not permitted. The only exceptions to this rule are fan sites of Eubbo Hotel. This will result in a permanent IP ban

• Do not create more than five (3) accounts per IP Address. This will result in a permanent IP ban.

• Do not give away, sell, or trade your Eubbo account or seek to sell virtual items from Eubbo Hotel for other games or cash. This will result in a permanent IP ban.

• Do not manipulate the client program or use additional software to play the game. This will result in a permanent IP ban.

• Do not pretend to be a Eubbo Hotel staff member or to have their legitimation or powers. This will result in a permanent account ban.

• Do not intentionally give wrong or misleading information to Eubbo Hotel staff members in reports about rule violations, complaints, bug reports, or support requests; this will result in a permanent user ban.

• Do not excessively repeat identical or similar statements (spamming). This will result in warnings and then a 24 hour ban.
  Stereotyping people within the hotel or judging them on the appearance of their "Avatar", this will result in in warnings and then a 24 hour ban.

• Once you have created an account, this account becomes your own responsibility; we can NOT help with hacking as it is the account owner’s responsibility to look after the account.

• Moderators hold the right to ban a user without question, this ban will be explained on the screen in which you will be directed to this will also include how long the ban is for.

• All trading, bets and participation in games within the hotel (e.g. Casino-games, Costume Change, Falling Furniture and Kick the Ugly) are users own risk. There is nothing we can do about scamming within the hotel.

If you are unhappy with the how Eubbo is run then maybe this hotel is not for you.

Rules and guidelines are subject to change without notice. As a member of the Eubbo Hotel community, you hereby agree and understand to the following terms and conditions above. Failure to comply with these rules and guidelines will result in a warning, being kicked from the room, or a ban from Eubbo Hotel and its services. I understand that you feel like you want Eubbo to hire more staff members, however, please, Do not ask for staff, Eubbo will hire more staff when they need it/ want it! Thanks!

people should not be give a 10 min ban for asking staff for furniture they might be new to eubbo and not get how things work also the person could be new to Eubbo and trike in to thinking that it was okay to ask by there user which would mean that the user was banned for trusting in the wrong people which is not a reason to be banned if u agree please post
