Help with buying VIP Empty Help with buying VIP

Hello, Earlier today I was thinking about Buying VIP (Via Paypal) However, When I go and click the VIP page and click "Pay using Paypal" it says "PayPal cannot process this transaction because of a problem with the seller's website. Please contact the seller directly to resolve this problem." Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Is buying VIP via Paypal currently Broken? Also, just so you know, I can't pay via SMS.
